Great little hotel ! We had a fantastic stay at North Cliff Hotel. We were warmly welcomed by incredibly friendly staff, and the hotel was spotless throughout. The breakfast was delicious, made even more enjoyable by the lovely background music. We will definitely be coming back!
This was our third time coming back to stay at North Cliff and it never disappoints! The rooms are all lovely and spectacular views, especially the morning sunrise! The beds are very comfortable and the room is very clean and spacious. Rebecca and Steve are great hosts! We bring our dogs with us and they get their own dog beds & bowls. The breakfast is perfect and nothing is too much trouble. Will be back again next year. Thank you!
What a beautiful location! The welcome was warm and friendly and we felt at home straight away, our room was stunning with amazing sea views. We loved sitting on the terrace and the honesty bar is a great idea. Fabulous breakfast just sad we only stayed one night, can’t wait to return

The North Cliff hotel is in great location, 24 minutes walk to valley of rocks and everything is in easy reach. Just park up and enjoy the walk. Room 6 has great views to Lynmouth harbour. Breakfast was spectacular. If you need anything just ask the manager and they will be very helpful.
Polite and pleasant staff. Food delicious I had home maid tomato soup and homemade fish and chips. Yum best I’ve ever had complements to the chef
What a beautiful hotel. Extremely clean throughout. The decor is very much in keeping with the history of the hotel, tasteful, highly maintained and absolutely no faded grandeur. A blast from the past but with all the modern touches. Staff excellent, personable and proud of the hotel when speaking the them. A real treat. Thank you. Will return.
Stunning location for walking and relaxing. Lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and just the ticket to set you up for a day in the Valley of the Rocks. Our Evening meal was homemade, hearty and delicious. There is a well stocked bar and a stunning patio terrace to enjoy your drink and take in the vista. This hotel is dog friendly in every way but that does not compromise the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% return. We Recommend North Cliff Hotel to anyone wanting to explore one of the most stunning places in the West Country.
